The Executive Assistant enhances the effectiveness of an executive or senior level management employee by managing calendars, making travel, meeting and event arrangements as well as preparing reports and financial data.  This role provides representation of the company's leadership by interfacing with team members, customers, vendor partners and potential clients.

  • Performs general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, mail, and e-mailing
  • Handles requests for information and data
  • Assists in closings
  • Plans events, facilities meetings and organizes community outreach programs
  • Prepares, completes and modifies documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, contracts and e-mails
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as needed
  • Performs bank administration to include setting up of bank accounts, downloading statements and setting up user access
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement
  • Supports senior management by reviewing and analyzing special reports
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports to include financial packets, tax documents and loan statements
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned


  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment
  • High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
