Our Administrative Assistant team's responsibilities include:

  • Setting out & putting up daily lunch.
  • Prepare monthly financial packets for owner distribution.
  • Creating forms in Microsoft Office and Adobe formats.
  • Generating and distributing daily and weekly reports.
  • Assisting in special projects.
  • Covering receptionist area as needed.

You must have:

  • The ability to work quickly with minimal supervision, and make quick decisions when needed.
  • The knack for multitasking like a pro.
  • A GREAT attitude!
  • An aptitude for technology and the ability to learn new software.
  • A work ethic that thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Experience in OneSite and/or Yardi it's helpful, but not required.
  • Property management experience it's helpful, but not required.
  • Did we mention a GREAT attitude?
