As an Invoice Entry Specialist, they will:

  • Enter between 250 - 350 invoices per day.
  • Update vendor information as needed.
  • Assist in special projects throughout the year.

You must have:

  • High-volume data entry experience.
  • The ability to work quickly with minimal supervision, and make quick decisions when needed.
  • Master multitasker is a must.
  • A GREAT attitude!
  • A quick learner, and the ability to learn new software.
  • EXCEL, WORD, Office experience is required.
  • Experience in One Site Accounting and OpsTechnology is helpful, but not required.
  • Property management experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Did we mention a GREAT attitude?
